Changes to my study programme

Well... It's hard to me study, I've always been pretty lazy and I just payed attention in class and I was ready to the test, but university is other thing, especially subjects like introduction to calculus and mechanic, because everything is new to me and I have to study steadily, the teachers pass the contents so fast that I can barely learn about that in the class, so I have to go to exercise in my house, and that's so difficult, I don't have the habit for that, so the most of the time I do anything else except study... The charge doesn't affect me pretty much, my school was worst and I'm used to be relaxed in those cases.
I don't have so many problems with the faculty, but I must say that the infrastructure and the building it's so bad compared to the others, we don't even have a dinning room where we can eat relaxed.
The methods of teaching are good, at least I like the teachers I have, but you have to be autonomous to be at day.
Changes in my programme of study... well, a close friend told me that he studied after class, for the focus , and he didn't past the hour doing that, he does few exercises and learns at the same time, alone, the mechanic to do it, but he does that everyday, except his free days, because he can't focus. I thought to do the same, seems a good method and it's not tired.
Changes in the programme of study at a national level to the future... there's so many things that must be changed. First, the education isn't equal for all of us, I've met a lot of people very smart, but it's a bit hard for them because they didn't have a good knowledge base, for other side, there's some that had a good knowledge base and for that they don't have any problems. I find it so unfair. Second, the dependency of the technology, yes, it's a good tool to learn more, but, at the same time, you don't develop the thinking, I mean, you don't learn to do things by your own, you search everything on internet, so, you aren't learning anything. Third, and the most important, the money. Education must be free for all of us, but the schools which fulfill that are worst that the ones which you have to pay. It's hard to swallow the truth, there's few cases (the emblematic in general, I guess) that don't accomplish that rule. And it's important to take in consideration the hours that we are in the school, we are eight straight hours (in some schools are more, or less, but that's the media), which is unthinkable, at least for me, because we can learn in an interval of time. The schools of the developed countries had an interval of five hours or less to go to class.
I hope that everything changes in the future, and we built a education of quality and free.

In my opinion

I think Chile is not a great country to live. The injustice, inequality, education, idiosyncratic. We're supposed to be a developed country, but we are light years away to be part of it.

About the legalization of abortion in 3 cases
This topic, in general, it is very controversial, because we are in the middle of a patriarchal  society, I mean, something so basic like "the body is yours and you can do whatever you want" stills being difficult to swallow, especially towards women. They got all the right to do anything to her body, but there's always people who is annoying and recriminate for it, they are called "pro-life". I find this a bit ironic, because if the life's women is in danger, they say "not abortion", where's the right you defend so much?
I'm completely agree with this law, in short terms. The woman is free to do with her body whatever she wants.

About the Chilean politicians
This opinion sounds a bit repetitive and popular, but that's because is so true!, politicians in this country are shit, they just want power, the don't think about the people. I don't share ideology with any political party because at the end, they are the same. Saying bullshit is the best way to win votes I guess.
The best example at this moment about the politicians's incompetence it's what's happening with the teachers. They don't give any effective solution to its demands, that's the reason for its inactivity, they are not lazy as people think. Please Cubillos, resign.

About cloning
My opinion is a bit controversial, because I think cloning is not something bad, but if it develops well, it would be a great advance. We could reach the eternal life.
The bioethics says that it can be done. This phrase goes to a moral way, I mean, how cruel this can be if we clone our dead mother? We couldn't get over it, we'd fall into a eternal hole, death won't be allowed for our selfishness. All that reasons are emotional, but, if we manage this correctly, it won't be awesome? Genetics is so wide.

Legalizing marijuana and other drugs
I'm agree if drugs are legalized, but in a developed country, because here it would be so bad manage, kids can be evolved in its father's addiction, and that it won't be nice, would be sad.
Netherlands is the perfect example. They legalized, but they had other way of thinking, even there's legalized prostitution, because its society has a open-mind. We don't had that kind of mind, we have a conservative mind. Even homosexual, lesbian, trans, bi people is hard to swallow yet. That's why drugs can be legalized yet, although it would decrease the taboo that has this society about it.

Post Graduate Studies

To be honest, I haven't thinking too much about this, my actual and only goal it's to finish my career (actually I just wanna past my subjects), that includes master and phd degree, but I'm not sure about I want to do in the future, because the problem eradicates in the specialization, I like three areas: molecular genetic, immunology and toxicology, and I haven't decided yet between those areas (besides, I'm too young to decide immediately. I have to travel a long way), but the only thing that I'm 100% sure is to do a post grade out of Chile, I have preferences for Germany and Canada, those countries are ideal to me in terms of education and quality life.
Another thing that I'm pretty insecure is the area of work I want unwrap. For my tastes, I like two: Bio-clinic and PDI.

Image result for clinicWorking in clinic seems interesting, I'd like to investigate about many diseases and help people to treat them. I'd like to find cancer's cure, that would make history, and discover how the human body works from a biochemical view. All of them are goals that probably I won't do, but I hope that somebody else can make it.
The only bad thing is that I'm not sure about the area of science I have to specialist, I was thinking in immunology, but genetic can be accepted too.

This is probably the area of work I like the most, I always have been into the world of PDI, the mistery, the risk, the boldness, all that qualities seems so attractive to me. I wanna be forensic because I've always wanted to investigate a dead body, how died, how long he has been dead and the reasons of why he/she slayed or he/she suicide. It's a bit morbid, but I like it.
I would like to be toxicologist too, I always liked drugs, how are made and how works into the human body. It's very dangerous too for the drug dealers, but that characteristic makes it so cool.

My favourite book and film

Books and films... I can't decide what I enjoy more, cause both take me to a new world out of the reality, or causes that I get a new thinking about things that I wasn't so informed.
Books and films are principal pillars of culture.

I will start with the book, my favourite book is 1984 by far. I remember that I have to read it for school (I hated the books that school gave me) but I fell in love with this, because it opened my eyes about reality, and learn more about totalitarianism. The story of love between Winston and Julia is beautiful and sad at the same time, and the end... It's a complete plot-twist. I don't recommend the movie, doesn't make justice.
I will make a short summary, 1984 is about a distopic world, which is handled by a omnipotent figure: "the big brother". Winston, the principal character, starts to question about this figure, and he finds with another person who thinks the same, Julia. They start, also, a relationship, and both research the truth. The final... is so sad and realistic. I recommend so much this books, I think everybody should read it.
Orwell tried to represent the URSS, when Stalin was in the power.
"War is peace"
"Ignorance is strength"
"Freedom is slavery"

Now with the movie, my favourite movie is Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, but the favouritism goes for a emotional way, I was living a hard moment and it helped me to open my eyes about relationships and love. The story of love, the soundtrack, the performances (Jim Carrey in a dramatic role is so good, and I've always loved Kate Winslet) and the chronology of the history, all that things make the film so good and deep.

I can't tell much more because I would making a lot of spoilers, but the story spins around Joe and Clementine, their relationship and how it ended. Everybody's gotta learn sometime.

Holidays

My best holidays

How I miss holidays, especially in this part of year, when strees comes afloat in all its splendor.
The big part of my holidays is sleep, eat and go out (I just wanna rest), but the past year I had the best one, I travelled to Argentina, to be more specific, Bariloche.
I went with my mother, we stayed there only one week, but was so fun and tired, we walked a lot, cause the streets of Bariloche are inclined, plus we used to get out every day. Chocolate and cakes were mi breakfast, lunch and dinner. Are so delicious and not so expensive like clothes and electrodomestics. Mamuschka was my favorite place to eat sweet things, and here I ate the best pizza, but I can't remember the name of the place.
Obiously with my mother visited many places, but the ones I really like it were Cerro Otto (we climbed by cable car, it´s gorgeous), the Nahuel Huapi lake and we were close to the mountain range (rode on horseback).

Cerro Otto was beautiful, it has so many things in one place. Culture, adventure and nature mainly. Going up though the cable car was and awesome experiencie, seeing all the landscapes was stunning.
We walked the entire day there, and we ended exhausted, but pretty impressed and happy by all the beauty.

Nahuel Huapi lake was another beauty, there's a heart-shaped island that called mi attention. The glaciars are pretty awesome too, I felt sorry to see them melted.
The tour lasted all day, it was a long journey cause the place is giant, and I think I didn't see all.

A country I'd like to visit

A country i'd like to visit? That's a difficult question, because choosing one for me it's impossible, the different foods, tongues, places to visit and history seems fascinating to me, but if i had to choose at least three, I would love to travel to Egypt, Greece and Italy. Those countries seems pretty interesting to me.

Egypt is known for its history and culture, I'd like to had met the pharaohs and how they built the pyramids and sphinxes. They were pretty ahead of their time, discovering many things that were impossible to most of the cultures back then.
Their tongue seems very difficult to me, but at the same time it's very interesting, cause a few countries use it. It's special
If I had to criticize something, that would be the food, the politics and the climate. I just don't like it! I would not live here.

Greece is another country I'd love to visit. I like many thing about this place, but I love most the places to visit and "the culture of their thinking". The architecture it's beautiful to me, the monuments are just gorgeous.
I consider this country the centre of wisdom and freedom. They were pretty ahead of their time, like egyptians, but in other area: Knowledge. Here is the heart of poetry, philosophy, sciences, maths and astronomy.
The religion and myths are interesting too: All of the gods had a special charming and supernatural powers.
The food I don't like very much and the economy is arguable. I would not live here.

Italy, the best for the end, Overall, I really love everything about this country, the food is delicious, I love pizza and pastas. The buildings and monuments are just beautiful: the coliseum, the aqueducts and the tower of pisa are the ones wich call my attention. Seeing the contrast between Sparta and Constantinopla show how diverse Italy was back then. They were awesome on the militar and the knowledge.
I would study and live here, the tongue is "easy" for the roots with the latin, the food is delicious and i would not bored, because there's so many places to go that the plans would not over.
